26 Degree Only in Racing Environments
The only change was moving the spark plug wires from
over-the-valves to the left side. This resulted in 1.5 HP increase at 2500
rpm. We recommend, for street use,
timing to be set at 28 degree advance. We are recommending 26 degrees only in
racing environments where idle is not an issue and rpms over 3000 are used.
